L’objectif de la commission égalité femmes-hommes du laboratoire LIRIS est travailler pour chercher à construire une communauté scientifique plus équitable à travers:

• Augmenter la connaissance sur les contributions scientifiques de la communauté féminine par la promotion de la visibilité des femmes au LIRIS
• Rendre la communication au labo sensible à l’égalité F/H pour répondre à la question: que ce que c’est qu’une communauté égalitaire? quelles sont les nouvelles masculinités qui peuvent promouvoir une communauté équitable?
• Etudier la participation des femmes dans la force de travail de la science de données et l’intelligence artificielle (projets JOWDIDSEAI programme Institut du Genre & SINFONIA AAP CNRS)

The aim of the LIRIS laboratory’s gender equality commission is to work towards building a more equitable scientific community through:

• Increasing knowledge about the scientific contributions of the female community by promoting the visibility of women at LIRIS
• Making communication in the lab sensitive to F/M equality to answer the question: what is an egalitarian community? What are the new masculinities that can promote an egalitarian scientific community?
• Studying women’s participation in the data science and artificial intelligence workforce (JOWDISAI projects Gender Institute programme & SINFONIA CNRS AAP)
